★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, we have had 6 pregnancy scans in a row done in ARG and they could not found out our baby's renal tract dilation which was found out in next ADHB scan. We have had 7 th scan in ARG for renal tract review after ADHB scan still their report says normal. My baby was born with kidney dilation and we are under treatment. Do't trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my partner was met with a horrible experience by Julie. During their session Julie lectured my partner on how 19 weeks was too early. She also sighed and made frustrated noises throughout the examination which made my partner feel very uncomfortable as if she was a burden. At the end of this Julie then made it seem like my partner was at fault for her not being able to get appropriate pictures of baby's anatomy. And to top this all off she had been pressing down so hard that my partner is still currently in pain.
As a partner, the last thing you want is for your partner to be leaving an ultrasound in tears. But Julie on the other hand did a great job of making sure that happened. So props to you Julie, well done for ruining a small families day. I hope you felt much better in doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled at the service I received at ARG Royal Oak. If you want to leave in tears and pain and with no idea if your baby is okay - definitely recommend this place! Highly unprofessional staff, especially Julie/Julianne and the receptionist Sharon. I was lectured by “Julie” for having my scan at 19 weeks (this was approved by my midwife) and the whole scan she was huffing and puffing. No insight as to what she was scanning and no clear images given. Not even reassurance that our baby is doing okay. My partner and I are now left worried and deeply unsatisfied. Cassy has usually scanned me and has always been patient and a delight. If you want to book in here, ask for Cassy.
P.S: I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but my experience here was shocking - I tried to convince myself that it was pregnancy hormones but nothing about my experience here today was professional and must mention that I was pushed to send in a complaint by my mummy support group/friends and family. I wouldn’t wish this service upon my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, caring and accommodating staff made getting my MRI super easy. I would highly recommend both the centre and the radiography staff. Results came back within a day or two and were well interpreted by the radiologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience for my 20 week pregnancy scan here. Rowena was our radiologist and she was amazing from making us feel welcome to involving us at every step of the way with what she was seeing in the scans. Highly recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience from JULIE! As my first time going to show support for my partners ultrasound you would think it would be a enjoyable experience no! Felt very uncomfortable with how Julie handled my partners scan. At first the way she approached us. Maybe because we’re a young couple it seemed like she didn’t want to do the scan at all! the whole session we couldn’t hear a word she was saying. It felt like we weren’t involved. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a ultrasound with Julia. Vibe was off did not make my partner feel comfortable at all lack of communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for an ultrasound during level 3, its pay as you enter and only the patient is allowed in. Covid screening form to be filled out upon entry. Chantell was great, very welcoming and got the job done within 30mins. Was quite reluctant to visit considering some precious reviews , but everyone has a diff experience. Would surely visit again if i have to in near future.
