β β β β β went through their new online booking system, waited for a day and half before i was contacted for appointment booking, no issues. Had a CT scan with Ras, professional service, on time and helpful receptionist.

β β β β β They are playing tricks on people. The reception lady let me out and call them to make the appointment. Even I was standing in front of the reception desk with the referral letter. I went out and called. The most ridiculous thing happened!! Their IVR never go through to any staff. They only tells you to send email to them and wait!! Hopeless.. Helpless..

β β β β β The receptionist was very rude and does not feel welcome in this place. I want to give a good rate for the doctor. But until they change receptionist(morning shift 21/04/22) , my review stays at 1 star.

β β β β β Quite a laugh and serves me right for not checking reviews BEFORE I went! As someone else has said a very hostile environment and I'm no wimp. Walked in (after scanning etc) clutching my referral form in plain sight. The first thing I saw was TWO large print signs asking customers not to be abusive - this raised alarm bells as it indicated that this was a common problem for them. After standing at the counter for a full 10 minutes before anyone of the FIVE staff even raised an eye to me I can understand why people become abusive. When finally that person did look at me - it was as if I was a real inconvenience. (By the way there was only one other lady in the waiting room and she was sitting waiting when I got there). So the passive aggressive woman snapped 'yes - you have to have a referral from your doctor" before I even opened my mouth. So I waved what I thought was obviously my referral and said I have one and the Doctor just said to come straight in. I was quite forthrightly told that there was no chance of that so I asked for an appointment later in the week..Anyhoo - long story short she continued her 'gruffness' and in general had very poor customer skills - including verbally assuming I wouldn't be capable of making an early appointment etc I want to say here that I found the whole interaction with the front counter to be like a bad sitcom but I think because it was so odd I was only EVER polite! This morning I went back for the actual xray and the 'ladies' at the front again left me standing there for the same period - to the point where myself and the only other person in the waiting room were giggling at each other (I'm assuming they had the same experience). HOWEVER I have only GOOD things to say about the actual radiographer, I think his name was Ras/Raj? (Sikh gentleman) He was completely the opposite and very engaging and lovely to deal with. Once I went through the door to him it was like being in a different place!! Thankyou but my advice - you need to find a new place to work!!

β β β β β The Dr sent me here for the liver ultrasound, Iβve been told only drinking 3 glasses of water one hour prior to the appointment. I did but I wasnβt allowed to do my appointment because I ate with 6 hours. I wasnβt informed about this part. So unprofessional and wasted my time!
Then I came home emailed them about the clarification of the restrictions part before the rescheduled appointment, because I donβt want to delay my appointment again. They emailed me back say βI told you what to do nothing have changed. β Never seen such bad service, I will never come back again!

β β β β β Zero Ratings, worst place possible to get ultrasound done, I would advise against going here just for the cheap price.
I can't believe they are still open, staff are all rude and unfriendly.
Walking in you are not greeted but just rudely asked what you want...
Was not able to ask any questions during the ultrasound and they seemed to be in a hurry to get you scanned and out of there.

β β β β β They deserve NO STAR at all! This was the first time I came here never heard of this place but if I did check before I shall never want to come. Did scan yesterday was not comfortable, bleeding afterward called just now. Hang up by receptionist twice ask me to just ring my doctor. But here is where caused my bleeding, right? They are so rude. I was so surprised why this place could exist in NZ! Never ever ever ever come here!!!

β β β β β The lady that doing the scan was lovely.
But I the receptionist (a middle age indian lady I believe) was super rude, she told me to fill out a form then at the same time she try to get me pay, so nearly finish with my form just a few second away to tap my card, she kinda get annoyed and say can you pay first before doing form. She also very rude with her wording in general. It's doesn't hurt to treat people with a little respect.
