★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a beautiful house with a nice boss how make us feel like home. There is a beautiful garden. The time we where there the alpaca's where shaved. We get a good breakfast and can take tea or coffee when we come back from a trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed two nights on the way to and from Christchurch with our Shetland Sheepdog. Very nice rooms, lovely shared lounge and dining area with a nice selection of teas. Very friendly hosts, and no problems with having our dog with us. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I stayed here for one night during queens birthday weekend. We had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived we received a wonderful welcome from Kevin and his dogs Big bob and Boston. We loved talking to Kevin and listening to his experiences as a police officer, traveling over seas and living in Kaikoura . Made us a lovely breakfast and made sure we were well taken care of. It’s a beautiful place and is only 5mins out of town. This is now our favourite place to stay and we will be back again. Thank you for all your hard work!
