β β β β β Friendly attentive staff. Good quality massage. Rooms are very hot in the summer, no air conditioning. Some of the rooms are quite bright as the window shades are not sufficient. Great during evening hours or winter, not so good in the summer heat or middle of the day.

β β β β β Don't understand 5 star review. No instruction how I prepare. No questions what kind of massage I want. Staff was laughing when I was faced down under the sheet. Terrible service. Excuse was their poor English. No.. it was all about attitude! Don't go if you don't want to be embarrased.

β β β β β Don't waste your money here. I had the worst massage. The lady was quite odd. The room was quite stuffy. She wouldn't stop asking me about pressure or talking during the massage which was really irritating. She asked me about pressure beforehand in which I answered "medium" and that should've been the end of that. But even then It was mostly just her rubbing oil on me for the hour with no technique or pressure whatsoever. I came to get those knots out of my back so yes it will be a bit uncomfortable and any masseuse should know that. Do better.

I called to book an appointment and when I turned up, they seemed confused, unprepared and inconvenienced to receive any customers.
I arrived at 2.45pm and the waiting area was full of people on their lunchbreak - eating, talking and laughing; it was extremely loud and felt very unprofessional.
I have been to many many different Thai massage places in Auckland over the last ten years, and they have all offered a glass of water or tea on arrival. Many of them wash your feet before they begin, and they always ask you what pressure you would like, and if there are any particular areas you would like worked on.
I didn't receive any of that experience that I believe is typical of any quality Thai massage centre. I was just shown into a room and left there, assuming I had had a massage before and knew what the process was.
The customer service and communication was the worst I have ever received.
The 2 stars I have given is for the actual massage, which was incredibly average. None of the problem areas I went there for were worked on, and I had to ask for more pressure - all whilst listening to a cacophony of raucousness coming from the lunchroom- with the microwaving beeping on and off, traffic outside, no fan or air conditioning; and talking and laughing at top volume. Not exactly a relaxing atmosphere.
Won't be returning.
