★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great massage and will definitely be visiting again. Just a couple of things. The prices on the website where different to the ones being advertised on store. This was rectified by the gentleman at the desk. Also I booked in for 90 minutes but the massage started around 5 mins late and finished about 5 mins early - not a huge issue bit should get the full time on which you pay for and was charged a upgrade of $10 even though I wasn't told I was being upgraded. Overall good job and I'll visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went here it was good enough for me to come back. However, this time was rather disappointing. A cluster of issues has prompted me to write this review. When I made the booking it was confirmed I would have a same masseuse and confirmed the price via email. The day before the treatment I received a call from Bai Pho to confirm the treatment which I also took the opportunity to confirm the masseuse as I liked this one. When I got there I arrived 10 minutes early, as per the request in the original email. However the door was looked until a couple of minutes before the treatment, which was a waste of time. When I entered there was no sign of the masseuse I requested and no mention that I would not be able to have them as the masseuse. I still decided to proceed. None the less, the first part of the massage was good. However, when I got a facial the masseuse left for 10 minutes after putting a mask on me without saying anything. The last time I had this the masseuse stayed in the room and continued to work my scalp. This time the different masseuse left without saying anything. I was rather bewildered after 5 minutes, I was wondering if something had happened and even took of the covers on my eyes. After another 5 minutes wondering if I should go, she came back. At this point I was also starting to get a bit cold. She came in and continued to finish off the treatment but I was starting to shiver at this point. After all was done I went to pay. I was then encouraged to pay an extra $10 then what was quoted in the email. I was already paying quite a bit as I was having a long massage and facial. So I decided to take a stand and show her the email as proof. She then decided to call her boss and spend a few minutes on the phone to confirm the email, not wanting to trust me with the email I was showing. After the call she said it was ok, without an apology. Holistically, I am very disappointed with the service and will not be coming back.
