I purchased these overalls for my granddaughter who just turned one. They are a perfect fit as you can adjust the straps. They are also easy to pull on & take off & they keep her warm & dry while she plays. The overalls have definitely come in handy when she goes to daycare, she’s free to explore her environment without Mum having to worry about her clothes getting wet & dirty. I intend to buy another pair as she grows.

โ โ โ โ โ Super unfriendly staff, was told very rudely they were closing in 15 mins even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Then told Iโd have to book an appointment. For a store for mothers, it sure didnโt feel like it. Pukekohe store is my go to, and now I know why.

โ โ โ โ โ Always had such amazing customer service from the girls at Baby on the Move. Loads of help with deciding on which carseats I should choose to fit my car and which is the safest for my babies. They even installed them for me which was such a bonus!!

โ โ โ โ โ I agree with the previous review, poor service. Very little stock/variety available in-store. Parking was difficult. The only employee there told us how she had been hired only a few months ago yet couldn't help with my product questions and instead just read what the product card said so it makes more sense to shop online or elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor people skills and no knowledge of the product we were interested in. No run down on how things work. We had more understanding than them. Staff asked me to explain features of a pram and after saying it isnโt my job to train them on their stock they replied with thatโs okay if you donโt we just wonโt be able to help you then. Ridiculous and embarrassing

โ โ โ โ โ We drove from tokoroa to Hamilton after being told they had a carseat in stock. To get there and be told they dident have any in store.we still payed for this item and was told it would be sent within 2 weeks latter.now 2 weeks later still no carseat and have been told it's about 3 weeks away yet it still has to be shipped to there store then to my address.and was spoken to verry rudley buy the staff member on the fone and was told (we would have never told you it was in store )and (you should have disclosed were you was traveling from. Verry poor service ?

โ โ โ โ โ Went to buy a baby monitor but their product knowledge was embarrassing. They told me that they sold 20 different kinds so it was too many for them to know details about each one.. When asked specific questions such as which ones have smartphone connectivity I was told to read the details on the website. I personally won't be coming back. If your only brand is to sell baby products you need to know your stock.
