Great range and really good prices - delivery does take longer than some other suppliers but that was fine as I didn't need anything urgently.

Partially received an order, had to follow up on second part of it as I did not hear back for months. Subsequently emailed 5 times with no response. I will now file a 105 report with police and also follow up with a dispute query through my bank. My advice is to steer clear from buying here. I also observed that this shop has the same Hamilton address as another nearly equivalent online baby shop: shop4bubs.co.nz. Argggh! I have been scammed by these guys, twice over!!!

WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Non existant customer service. They say that they'll get back to you within 24 hours but I'm still waiting for a response for over 2 months after repeated emails and contact forms. Their phone number just goes to voice mail showing they are really bad at customer service. My order was only partially filled with rest on back order, this is the cause of the troubles with no further updates provided from them. Come on and get your customer service levels back, I'll be requesting a chargeback as product not fully delivered.

Not good. First off I was charged for shipping when the website says free shipping over $100. One the product arrived it was not what I had ordered but a cheaper package made by the same people so I contacted the seller and they called me and advised they could got get the package I had ordered so I decided to take a pertussis refund. The seller said they would email me a breakdown of the price difference and pay via pay pal but I have not heard back or had a refund. I have emailed again but no response. Think carefully before ordering from seller.

Savings are lost by paying shipping. "Free shipping over $100" fine print excludes nappies. NAPPIES is in the name of the store ffs. Genuine goods arrived quickly and intact, otherwise this would be a one star review.

My order was lost by the courier and the shop isn't replying to me. I paid $20 delivery. If you're looking for cheap nappies, fast delivery then try something like the warehouse. The order took longer than it should to be shipped before it was lost.

My first order arrived within days and although my second order arrived almost 2wks later, the support team quickly rectified the issue. I also recommended Nappies Direct on our local Facebook Page because our supermarket was not catering to our needs for our babies. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Nappies Direct ?

I really did not want to do this but I have given you over 5 months. I gave you the chance to respond to me multiple times regarding my product.... you have not responded to my emails. I have never given a poor review in all my life but I feel you deserve this. Regardless of covid and the delays if a customer emails 5 months later asking for an update multiple times you do not ignore them. You are a customer based business that runs its success on money from peoples pockets like mine so why on earth are you so poor at customer service especially if you have taken our money already. I said I did not want my money back last year when you said it was on back order as I wanted the product but after waiting so long with zero communication I want my money back. I will not be using you again nor will I be passing on good words.
