★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Windows dont open much but is reasonable for safety reasons. Would be hard to stay there in summer with no aircon and restricted airflow. Older building but good for it's age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was friendly, efficient and informative. Though I did have to wait at the entrance and figure out how to get in. But once I read the info it was fine.
I was upgraded at no extra charge to an upper floor (as I did request a higher floor).
Rooms are freshly painted, clean, simply furnished and quiet.
Car parking is available at $20, considering that all day street parking in Wellington is $18.50 that's good value.
Location is great. Te Papa a five min walk, Lambton Quay 10/15 mins. Supermarket just across the road.
Views were awesome from the 9 th floor.
Bed and pillows very comfy.
And finally, awesome value if you book via their website.
Only potential negatives are lack of airconditioning and room doors that bang on shutting.
I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, friendly staff, nice kai. Room was quite small but supplied everything we needed. Photos of the full breakfast, minus yoghurt and granola. Not sure if it was meant to be included but decent size to feed 2 adults and a toddler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms has what you need but very dated, bathroom was tiny. Very thin walls, I cod clearly hear the lady in the next rooms phone conversation. Brought this up when checking out but was dismissed by the manager. Great location, close to town, the quay and oriental parade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant and polite staff! But the hotel itself and rooms are dated, very aged and need some renovation. The room was very warm with only a plug in fan, no air conditioning. Bathroom really let it down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked directly to get the best rate and the team have been so friendly and helpful with a large group of reservations. Location is brilliant, and a quick walk or Uber to places of interest. The rooms are as required for a quick stay over. I have returned again for all of the above reasons and have received up most impeccable customer service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is lovely and clean. Room has lots of space and has been recently renovated. Very central to the city. Car parking on site and free internet.
Only issue is the curtains do not cover the windows well enough and light gets in, which with a baby does not help getting them to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was very comfortable, room was very warm heard a couple of bangs from other people in the other rooms during the night but we were able to deal with it, wish the room had a microwave, really nice mirror nice view, toilet is very loud. Overall recommend coming here if you’re looking for a night away.
