★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated to a skin observe and microdermabrasion. I was greeted warmly and taken to the treatment room where everything was explained to me. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and my skin looked and felt so much better.

I’ m very disappointed today, when I was arrived there for consultation and they were showed me very attitude in reception area because me just late 3 to 4 minute, due road construction, there one of the lady Sarita guide me, she just fill the form and she said my time is over, what the sense, if somebody pay the money, it means not a free treatment, at least if somebody wanna ask some question regarding anything, she should listen. I will never recommend to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed at what I had paid for $159 so I went into for a consultation and was told to do a silver peel which I thought was using some kind of tools on my face but nope it was putting a cream on my face waited for 10 minutes and told finished and was told to wait 3 days to see results. Nothing has happened didn't feel like it was gonna work since leaving that day I will never go back and will not be recommending this place to anyone anymore, what a waste of my money of $159 for a 10 minute's of cream ???
So I had been in seen by Nicole and I asked if there was anything best for my face I suggested micro needling and will pay the difference of it but was told need 4 weeks preping which is just an excuses and she said there's nothing they can do anymore seriously I don't think this place wants to help resolve the problems with their customers and are just wanting money more then anything so disappointed. Don't waste your time being here guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money for useless 8 minutes cream applying . I did skin peeling today , the woman did it in 8 minutes and I paid $135 for rubbish procedure. They said on website 45mnt skin peeling gold facial. And I was thinking of some very good facial with some really well equipped procedure, nah it was joke .
Look at this difficult time of COVID and inflation look at people around they are working hard we are working really hard and what you have done to people for paying you hundreds of dollars for some 8 mints rubbish unprofessional facial ????shame on you shame on all of you, for misleading ppl for your unprofessionism for making joke of ppl money and time. May karma hits you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely by Skin Institute in Lynn Mall lives up to its name. The staff, treatments and experiences I have had with them have indeed been lovely! Being someone with sensitive skin and going through hormonal changes, I needed guidance in what would be a tailored treatment for my specific needs. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they are also really knowledgeable and have always provided me with the best service and treatments. They have also helped me with an issue I had with a payment plan, going above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommend!
