★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased some outdoor furniture from Big Save on Labour Day. I needed it for the next Saturday. The staff made sure it would be delivered to the store on the Friday (4 days later) so that I could have it at my house in time.
The tracking website was easy to use and I was kept up to date with the delivery process. The staff even helped me load the furniture into my car.
Highly recommend Big Save Upper Hutt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lower hut has shocking after sales service. I recommend buying elsewhere at all costs. I'm still waiting for a lounge suite purchased oct 4th 2020 and to be delivered before Xmas It is perpetually delayed, going on 7th months now. The delay isn't the worst of it - it is the absence of communication from big saves lower hut manager. I have had to continually chase him up to find out what is happening. The due dates come and go with no notification. A month on and I'm still waiting for a call back after leaving multiple messages to call me. I will never buy from this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer at Big save, but I'm rather annoyed with the current service I've received. Ive been waiting for side tables since April and the delivery on these keep getting shifted. One of the main reasons I chose the was originally there was a 4 week wait, I was more than happy to do this. Its now a 4 month wait and who knows when ill get them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 16th of January 2022 I brought a super king bed from Upper hutt store which was only going to take 3 weeks to arrive. I'm now highing disappointed as I keep calling and get the run around. 1. I was told they are having a system update. 2. It's sitting in our Distribute Centre in Wellington has been for the last 3 weeks. 3. Now we are waiting on an email to confirm delivery date but not once has the team call to Communicate with us. Won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer at Big Save and bought all of my lounge furniture through Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt stores. Please beware of the UPCARE policy that they sell. I spilled some paint onto a reclyner and I have lodged my claim in October 2021 already with no remedy as yet. Aparrently they don't replace they order the material and then get the part that has been stained re sewed. It has been 7 months now with no luck. This policy was quite costly so please beware of this before you pay the extra money.
