β β β β β Extreme terrible customer service and unprofessional
1. The sales person is very not proactive and their emotion looks like unhappy. We waited for 5 mins, but no one serve us.
2. I want to buy a bed frame and two bed sides, but told there is no more new stocks in the country for us, if we want to buy them have to be the floor displayed ones. But when I tried one of the bed side and pointed out there is a faulty with it, and the sales person then just changed to said ok I can get another new one for you but you have to accept the other floor displayed bed side. Where is your sales person honesty?
3. We were talking to a sales person, but paused for a few seconds for thinking, and the sales person just disappeared and left us there with no one we can keep the conversation going.
4. We called back to your store again and one of your stuff said the sales person was busy at the moment and will call us back in an hour, but we were not get call back since then.

β β β β β Great furniture store, beautiful stylish furniture, good quality, also tend to have pretty smaller home interior pieces for decoration as well as the large pieces of furniture. I would consider going there to find a some christmas presents at the same time.

β β β β β Bev & staff & furniture at Wellington Store are amazing. Am retrospectively adding this 5 star review which is well deserved. Have bough several things from the store,. However had a great experience when one of the legs broke on the corner couch we bought just out of it's warranty. Hunters sorted it out immediately without issue, and the furniture repairer person checked the couch over for any other leg / wood weak spots. Thankfully it was a one off weak spot & and we've enjoyed the furniture & couch for years without further issues. Buy with confidence.

β β β β β Great range of furniture, bit more expensive than other places but quality is good. Ordered a table which we got 6 weeks later, all good were advised of the wait and it wasn't a bother. Fee for delivery. The staff member we dealt with was really friendly and helpful, great to deal with

β β β β β It only took a few minutes for the salesperson (Suzie Park) to understand exactly what I was after. Very happy with the sofa. All other staff I had to deal with were extremely polite and helpful as well. High five !!!

β β β β β We purchased a leather suite from the Ngauranga store 2Β½ years ago. The original price was $11,000 although we bought it on sale. At the time of purchase the seats appeared well padded and were very comfortable, however over time they have slumped (about 6cm in places) and the padding has flattened, making the suite look lumpy and feel extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Upon querying this recently we were advised that this is 'normal' wear and tear and what would be expected of a suite of this composition (feather and foam). Unfortunately there was no discussion about the composition and how it might wear when we purchased the suite - had there been we definitely would have thought twice. I'm posting this review as while I have suggested to the person I have been dealing with that salespeople are clear to future purchasers as to how a suite might deteriorate, I'm not confident that this will happen and I don't want anyone else to make the same expensive mistake.

β β β β β Absolutely brilliant service from Stewart at your Lower Hutt store. Professional and friendly and provided great follow-up. For no fault of anyone we had great difficulty getting what we wanted but Stewart saved the day with his never give up attitude and we have exactly what we want.

Much of the furniture is made in South East Asia and priced higher than many other stores with similar Asian mass produced furniture
