★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid 19 delivery long delays are normal, our bed arrived much later than originally promised but it is a great bed and the price was very good - we got over the anxiety of it all and are thankful - if we had known the bed packed down into two big boxes we would of collected it. You only need a screwdriver to assemble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given a 0 if I could ..Went in today to look at purchasing a recliner .. not a sole in the whole shop .. not even a staff .. Then he appeared from the back after I had been in the shop looking around for about 10 mins talking to some drivers out the back .. Not once did he open his mouth and ask if I needed help .. After I had walked around the shop I walked out .. Absolutely dreadful service ..Have purchased alot of furniture from here including my last lounge suite .. recliner.. sets of drawers.. will not return until you overhaul your staff ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: have changed to 5 stars as I have now received my order and I'm happy with it. Thank you to the guy I spoke to today, he sorted it out asap and made sure it got delivered.
Purchased a trundler with mattress as it says online that it is in stock. Also says online that someone will contact you to arrange delivery. I hadto contact them because I didn't hear from them for over a week. It has now almost been a month and I have still not
received it or been told when it will be delivered. Would only recommend buying if your not really needing your purchase till weeks later. Workers are friendly over the phone but if I knew it was going to take this long without even knowing when I will receive it (as the person I spoke to on the phone said she will do the best she can) then I would have bought elsewhere.

Employee constantly gave me dates on which my purchase that I bought ( a king single bed) will arrive when it never did. Said I will get my bed on the first week of may, however nothing and they gave me no update, I visited the store to get an update and they told me the bed arrived at their store and will be delivered the next day, again nothing. I then called again three days later and they told me the bed will arrive at their store on the following Friday and then delivered on Saturday which means they lied to me, the employee said he will call me in 2 hours time to try work something out but never did. So I will be getting a refund. I just don’t trust them at all !! very unreliable, better to buy from somewhere else!!

I was in store for 40 mins while they sodded around , the sales guy said don't worry Sir I will call back later today , obviously he didn't and I went elsewhere with my money
