★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy anything from them they will wrap there demo products and the moment it’s out of the shop they will blame you for getting it damaged and say we checked it was good but it’s always damage products. Manager is really rude will just scream and yell be aware

Cindy was so helpful and patient and emailed me with regular updates and sent me pics of different fabric options as I live in rural Northland. Lounge suite was delivered on time and in perfect condition, highly recommended to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't pleased at all with Nancy's Service, She talks nicely when tryna make sale and then when she has the sale she is so rude, she started argueing with me at the front of other customers and they were just shaking their head. definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with her. Manager Cindy and Warehouse boys are really good and very polite, but because of one person it makes me not want to come back and spend money there.

They will tell you that they will deliver brand new but instead they wrap the demo model in store and deliver and then they argued infront of all the customers and threw her mouse and keyboard on the floor in rage!! We paid for a coffee table 3 months ago and we still haven’t got it!!!! She says she can’t refund our money either! We have contacted consumer guarantees act and will be taking the matter to court. BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY ARE A SCAM AND OVERPRICED!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!

I went and they sold that to someone else telling me they will deliver but nothing happens. They are sick people can't understand simple English. Please don't deal with this company

Their sales offer was not even 7%
Item was for $2,999 on boxing day $2,799.
In other branch, they don't have in stock only whatever in display with scratches. When we asked for the discount they said oh no we don't offer discounts otherwise you need to place an order and will receive it by April 2021!!! Ok then I will wait longer you need to provide discount, they are like nah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I purchased a couch from furniture warehouse in Manukau super centre.
We were told that it would arrive just after New Years which we were happy to obliged as we understand delays.
Mid January we popped into the store and were told that it was looking like February now and that it hadn’t been shipped.
We asked for a refund and were denied.
We asked to speak to the manager and were told we weren’t allowed to contact her but that she would be in the store this Tuesday.
We went to the store on Tuesday and she wasn’t there - we again asked to speak with her regarding the refund and were told that our couch could potentially arrive next week. We decline this offer as we just wanted a refund due to the very poor and rude service and delayed expectation in delivery as we now needed a couch urgently.
We were again told we couldn’t get a refund but to phone the store Thursday as the manager would be in.
When we phoned in the manager had not been made aware of the situation by the unprofessional employee. She agreed to give a refund and said to come to the store at 5pm. Her word was just as unprofessional as we went there and the manager was nowhere to be seen and again we are left without a refund.
We are disgusted and appalled at this service and currently seeking advice around police or legal action due to the withholding of funds.
We will ensure that we never step foot in the furniture franchise again as we have never had such a horrible retail experience.
