★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, especially with video camera's monitoring the illegally parked cars in the Disability Parking ?️ zones. Great Job Harvey Norman Manukau. Some staff were good but some looked at you and kept walking as we looked to poor to be worth the commission..lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a big store that it’s really easy to get a little bit overwhelmed. I particularly love to browse through all their furniture styling because they do this well and you always feel like buying new cushions and through for the bed. The staff are very attentive and helpful (probably because they are incentivised to be).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Harvey Norman manukau I suggest wifi system to download load and proceed your photos less hustle using memory stick use phone app, did I make few mistakes and attemps??? yes, thats how we learn, save time and a member since 2010, I get VIP benefits$$..this not promotional ad yet thanks to staff help me, to do my photos got 5*+ being patient and helpful today..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service from customer service desk team. Bought a iphone13 promax as a birthday gift for my son. Upon opening the package on day of his birthday found crack on lower end of the phone. The very next day took the phone to Harvey Norman Manukau and have been waiting for two weeks now to give me an answer. I've spend 2k on a phone that I haven't been used or even switched 'on' and they done care. Told me not to come and check for an update as I will be wasting on my fuel. They advised to wait for their phone call which they haven't done any. Don't know for how long I'll have to wait. Please improve your customer service, we customers pay for things we buy, not given to us for free so please look after your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up to have a gift card activated over 2 months ago, which they said it was now activated i needed to wait a few hours before using, which was fine. when i finally got around to trying to use it at a different Harvey norman i was told it had not been activated by the Manukau store so i had to call them up again.
When i called, i was passed on by 3 different people to someone who could help and was hung up on by the last person. Terrible service, avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a laptop, wanted a specific model. Got sold it but the person selling it to me gave me different specs without explicitly telling me. Went again a day after and told me that it was intentional on his part and he was trying to give me the best value for money. This unfortunately gives me a very wrong impression. After research the product was better but I dislike that they were not upfront about it, and explained that before giving me something other than what I was asking for. It is to the point I'd rather pay a higher amount elsewhere then shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible overall experience. I get called out/shouted at 3 aisles away instead of walking up and offering to assist. I take WHITE snowball at $109 as per ticket only to find it is $149. Person brings me the BLACK one for $109, but ticket shows $149. Then goes looking in store room for WHITE one. To top it off, I am standing at the designated exit pay point where there is no one, only to be told to go to the entrance side, because he is there. Defies logic.
Took so much longer than it should have. To top it off the competition was $27 cheaper.
So check your pricing carefully before to avoid further frustration.
