★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I did not have the best experience at this salon. It was not my first time getting work done at the salon and the other times I have been were average.
I got a late night appointment as I work full time and was wanting my hair dyed for a special occasion. I showed the hairdresser a photo of what I wanted and she explained in detail how she would do it, so I expected she knew what she was doing. She was rough with my hair, giving me a headache and left my hair wet dripping down my back with no towel . I pushed these things to the side thinking she may have just had a rough day. When I got home, I wasn't overly impressed with the work done but my partner liked it so I thought it was okay.... Until he took a photo of the back. I burst into tears as it looked nothing like the picture I showed and I had bleach bleeding through my hair. It looked like I had weeks of regrowth even though it was freshly done. I was embarrassed to go out in public with my hair. It was very difficult contacting the hairdresser that did my hair as it took 2 weeks for her to even see me. By that time I had my hair redone by someone else as I was so insecure about the way I looked. The hairdresser that originally did my hair was unimpressed that she didnt get to see my hair to fix it, but there was no way I was letting her touch it again and it took her 2 weeks to even look at it. I had sent multiple photos so there was plenty of evidence for her. She did give me a 50% refund for the colour alone, but overall I had a terrible experience that was very traumatizing.
