★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two hours to open a bank account and dealing with the most un-professional and poor customer service ever experience in a bank. Luckily the lady at the front desk was helpful. I suggest the bank to carefully choose their staff considering that there are many other options next door for the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in a banking environment! Went in on 23rd of January and not only the customer service was lacking but also the knowledge of the front office personnel was missing. I would recommend trying any other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the woman who helped me set up my bank account, the staff are pretty unresponsive and unwelcoming. Hopefully there won't be any banking errors that occur in the near future as i have no plans to try and deal with the staff again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give my special thank you to Wai Moata'ane, she is a huge asset to BNZ Bank. I was under so much stress regarding settlement for my home loan and i was connected to Wai from customer service team by chance and that was the best thing happened to me. She listened to my needs and understood my situation. She kept me informed via email and phone calls, she even informed me on her day off which was very unique. After speaking to Wai, i felt so much relief that everything was back on track. Thank you so much Wai, you certainly put my trust back in BNZ.
A special thank you to Linda Sturgess who is senior Manager, she totally deserve a huge thanks because she took my situation seriously and despite the huge workload of beginning of month, they really helped me to push this through. You guys seriously amazing and so helpful and i can not thank you enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the bank to open a account, there was a lady there who automatically assumed I was a International student which I wasn't, very rudely she asked why I wanted to open a account, then told be that's not a good enough reason to open the account and I should stay with the bank I'm currently with and sent me off , So I went and opened a account at ASB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to meet with banker. Turned up at appointment time and was told that he was over booked, no one else could see us and we were not important and couldn’t be seen. Yuck!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in today and was disappointed by their customer service. After providing them all the info they asked for, 10min later, they said their system is not working and I had to use my own phone to push through a transaction. Time wasted.
