I'd actually been a customer here for nearly 10 years but the last therapist at saint lukes put me right off i won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first went to About Face last year at St Lukes, after my friend recommended them to me. As I had a really bad facial problem, and About face was able to help. They recommended I use dilorescue body butter for my face. And after first use the itchiness and dryness had stopped. Few days later the redness on my face also reduced. About face staff member also suggested that I see a different doctor and that was the best advice.
I went in there yesterday and once again I received an excellent service from one of their team members. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was helpful and friendly and suggested few more products that I should use.
Thanks to About Face, my face is back to normal.
Love their products and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience with Sangita. She introduced me to the Environ line - not because she was trying to sell a product, but because she knew it was what I needed. I can tell they really care about their customers at About Face. Her patience and care during my healing process was so helpful and uplifting after going through some pretty painful and embarrassing acne scarring.
What was really amazing was the CIT procedure she used to help my scarring go away. It makes your face super dry, but she makes sure your routine at home brings the moisture back into your skin. It is slightly painful, but the results are fast so the slight pain is so worth it. After the first few days after the first procedure you notice the difference. Every week it gets easier and your scars fade more and more away.
I felt completely safe to know that she knew all of the risks and was very clear to me about how I needed to take care of my skin during the six week process. I am so happy to be clear now. I am still using Environ and it is keeping my skin super clear. Thank you!

This is my eyebrow recovery update: It's been approx. 6 six weeks since the manager reached out to me. I have been using the growth serum she gave me and I am pleased with the regrowth. The arch of my left eyebrow had the most severe singe and that part never grew back. But everything else is looking full and back to normal.
Siobhan did an IPL facial on me last month and took off my eyebrows. I have been trying to deal with this hair loss on both eyebrows ever since. It’s been weeks and no sign of growing back. I wrote to them with before and after photos that showed what she’s done. The manager did not offer an apology, she did offer me eyebrow serum which I will collect from them soon. I love the benefits of IPL facial, but the price of losing my eyebrows is devastating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of About Face st Luke’s for years , from purchasing products to facials etc but the recent experience I had with an employee there called Georja left me with a very unpleasant experience.it so happened that she was serving some other customer and we kept waiting for a while ,she looked in our direction and completely ignored us ,no courtesy to say won’t be long or how long she would be.We felt very belittled.we went away and came back again as I need my products that I had run out on.Again a very di is interested way that we were dealt with,then she proceeded to tell me that the vitamin c I wanted is damaging to my skin and harsh ,so I wondered why is it being sold..I was there to get my environ products ,and there was a promotion to get a free gift pack if two is purchased ,she showed me where it was kept,at the point of purchasing the products ,she then asked me if I wanted the gift pack ? Why wouldn’t I ,I replied ? That is why I purchased two products.did tell her that her service was not pleasant and we have had such an unpleasant experience.she then there is only one computer to work on,well no one questioned that ,but there is a courtesy and kindness that one should follow when serving customers,which lacked so much that day and stayed in our minds for so long even now
Have decided never to set foot in this shop ever again
About Face - St Lukes has left such a negative impact that even going past this shop would being back such bad memories ,we will never choose to even walk past this shop..
