★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a full body massage from Jerry (St Lukes) today. He was very welcoming when i arrived. When i laid down on the bed he got straight into. He checked the pressure he was using was ok.
It was a very relaxing massage and wish he didn't have to stop.
I will be back next week for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, inexperienced staff and very average massage. I have had many many massages and enjoy it hard. This was just plain rough. Only had to go there because somewhere else was booked out. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have problems with painful neck and mid back, sometimes it's painful to the point that it feels like my muscles are burning... I go to this place for my massage, the manager (a lady) usually does my massage and she is really really good... My muscles are very tight, so I dont like a very hard massage as it leaves me with bruises.. She does a very good job, my relief is temporary for a couple of days but I appreciate it all the same. They always do a great job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst massage I've ever had. Instead of leaving feeling relaxed, I left with a sore neck and shoulders.
My neck still hurts 12 hours later.
They have no idea what they're doing. I highly recommend avoiding them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had reflexology on our feet. The lady massaging my friend fell asleep at the beginning of her massage. She even took a photo as evidence. My friend complained that it was the worst massage she had ever had. Told them that the lady didn't do anything. Yet, they still charged her and only took $10 off.
Need to rest your workers and stop ripping off your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today fans massage really made me disappointed！！
It was a little busy today and there are around 2 or three people waiting. The staff came in and she didn't ask if i had any injuries or problems.
She press so so so hard. During the 25 mins massage, i told her four times“plz be soft and Gentle” But she just be gentle for few seconds and became harder AGAIN！！ FOUR TIMES！！
Besides, all the staffs are talking loudly when they are serving customer. The staff even STOP massage and go outside to talk with others. It is really rude for customer who wants to have a relax.
That's not all the reason why i get angry. When i come back home, my shoulder and back feel pain. I do the massage for the purpose of relieve fatigue but not increase pain.
Even it was a little busy, pushing hard and TOO FREQUENTLY will not reduce minutes！
The staff serving me is a lady with glasses，long hair and wear black shoes. Plz don't make similar mistakes to other customers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady didn’t know the difference between a muscle and a bone. I asked her numerous times to please only press the muscles, not the bones, but she kept going, it was so horrible. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
