The lady was so incredibly helpful and got me the same shoe I requested in a size +/- and in different styles so I could choose which one I'd prefer. There was also good knowledge about the products which helped me make my decision today. Very glad to have visited Kathmandu to get some gear (shoes and some hiking socks).
