★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities except for bathrooms. Only one door locked, and the other lacked hand soap. Own pillow recommended, but otherwise bedding was adequate. Decent kitchen with two fridge-freezers, and dining table and chairs were sturdy. Overall a solid choice for a sports team on tournament.

Place is well set up for groups, clean and tidy. Large kitchen/dinning area with a separate lounge. Easy to navigate from and close to QEII pool and The Palms shopping center. Would recommend it.
