Fitz looked after us throughout the process of ordering the car and waiting for it to arrive. Really felt like we were dealing with a salesperson who actually just wanted to get us into a decent car as opposed to using more old school pressuring sales tactics. Personable and Genuine is a a great quality for your staff. Legends.
