★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience purchasing art products had a bit of trouble with communication at the helpdesk probably because of new hire employees. Store seems empty, not many workers during the day most likely due to COVID. Parking area sees a lot of foot traffic so keep valuables out of view especially in the mornings and afternoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv'e been to this warehouse a couple of times and the Security guard there is absolutely awesome, Im not sure of his name, he's a young tall person that wears a Vest he's mostly on the evening every time i have gone in. he's welcoming and assist's customers when it is pretty busy at the customer service counter, iv'e also seen him assist elderly customers with heavy products to there cars, I just wana say thank-you Manukau Warehouse for the lovley team of people you have there at your store an to every staff person that i have needed from a BIG thank-you.

I’ve NEVER seen the same bathroom before
The tab was come off
No toilet paper anywhere
Everything soaked in germs …
And the store was a huge mess! Every single aisle was blocked by a big ladder
Very untidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best security at the door out of all warehouses I've been too! No discrimination and just a genuine welcoming guy! Definitely old school and he's been there for awhile, no over the top mask checks when exemptions were required. A++++
