★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been waiting through the night to treat myself to sausage and egg mcmuffin. Yes, website says you are open 24hrs today (early saturday morning) Alas, not open. ? Disappointed.
It was a 1 star but now I will update to 3 because at 11.03 I was told "No, sorry we don't do breakfast after 11am." But a conversation with the supervising lady resulted in my finally getting my sausage and egg McMuffins.. ?? Happier now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive through on Saturday about 330pm and the wait with only 3 or 4 cars in front was 20 minutes.. everyone's food took ages and it wasn't even fresh and hot. No explanation. No apologies from staff for unacceptably long wait time .
Ridiculous. Will not go back to this one with such incompetence and unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Its getting worse. I have had the odd wrong order or missing nuggets or apple slices. But today at the drive thru the girl gave me normal frozen coke instead of a grape one that i ordered. Then she got defensive when i pointed it out and tried to tell me what i was given was what was ordered. I said she was mistaken and expected the one i ordered. She snatched it off me and went to do another one. She returned with a new one handed it over and closed her window. The one she gave me was the correct flavour but half full. She opened the window and shoved the food bag out, then closed the window again and walked off. When i got home on the bill it said frozen coke grape and when i looked at the drink it was even smaller than i first thought, the cup was half empty and to make things worse the burger (texas bbq) looked nothing like the picture. In fact it looked like it had been dropped. Will not be going back.

I, from time to time am willing to pay a little more than I usually would for something I expect and hope to be a little bit better than the average usual Mc basic burger..
Paying more than $14 for a single meal...
I expect it to be put together properly with a little more care than a hamburger. But the meat was merely half on the bun and the sauce was primarily on one side of the top bun.
I expect that everyone expects better when paying for a "premium" burger. The chips were satisfactory as per usual the mere minimum (as per proper company standards)
And drink was as expected for the syrup based coke.
Service was quick and don't waste any time on etiquette, which is fine as long as it isn't rude (for a drive thru)
Sin future perhaps give a little more care when putting together the costlier burgers, and just take an extra second to make the basic ones too, it's not hard to either flip the top onto the base in correct place, nor is it hard to place pattie in center of bun.
Supervisors just encourage the basics.
Thank you for providing the service. Not hard to change a 2* to a 4 *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well tonight I decided to get me & my daughter some McDonald’s, got the mates hunger buster, everything was fine, chips, drink & cheeseburgers! But the problem was the BIG MACS! Not 1 of them but both of them were missing the meat Patties! I have a video showing what the inside of the Big Mac looked like, thankfully my mum has gone to get me some replacements!! Absolutely horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly enough, but floors extremely slippery with grease as you enter and up to the counter. An obvious Health and Safety hazard. Mentioned it to staff however a male staff member had a look and said it was "my shoes"? No attempt to rectify clearly slippery tiles even though store was very quiet. ??
