★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg I got a simple whopper at 8.30pm on Friday 25th Feb 2022. It was cold :( also the meat pattie was thin dry and over cooked. A complete waste of money. 1 star is being generous. Won't go here ever again. Cheers for ripping me off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. So willing to share or give advice. I do enjoy their burgers. Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean and tidy eating space. Cosy for families and couples. Drive-thru good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru and counter drink machines are both faulty, can taste raspberry in my Coke. Drink machines look flash but the flavors bleed through wether selected or not. Yuck hate raspberry. Even water has flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disappointment and won’t be back. Everything is SOOO much smaller than the pictures on the menu board, absolutely no care in how the food is put together and all the food was cold. Can’t call the staff rude either - you need to communicate to be rude!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered beef super value feed, been told Sundae machine is not working, offered nuggets as replacement. Got back and open the bag, got 3 pieces which come with the meal, Sundae replacement is not there :( Third time got item missing from order at this particular BK. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks always taste like they have raspberry in them for some reason at this BK. However issue was the last two times we went through their drive-thru we were waiting for more than 30m. Either parked or waiting (for simple small orders). They made the mistake of adding someone's order onto ours, they've made the mistake of giving wrong order, and missing items from order. Mistakes happen, things happen. Waiting for fast food sometimes just happens when understaffed...though it is supposed to be "fast". The big issue was there was no apology for keeping us waiting so long or getting the order wrong. They simply did not care. I've worked in the customer service industry for years, treating the customers the best that you can goes a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality really quite bad tbh, normally love a good BK but this branch really dropped the ball with this visit. Drinks lacked flavour, more like carbonated water than Sprites. Burgers meat was dry and the chicken stick things felt like they'd be reheated 3x - really put me off my BK monthly treat
