★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This BK was apparently closed despite no sign or listed opening hours, it was a weekday and well within opening hours according to its Google Maps listing, and there were staff inside by one staff member signalled to me "no entry" with their hands, despite having a COVID pass ready and I was wearing a mask. I tried using the drive-through, but that was coned off. Apparently, I was not the only person who experienced this. Some communication from the store, such as a sign, would have been nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. Not fast food. Spent close to 10 mins waiting at drive through. Management clearly don't do much to motivate staff, as they seem extremely reluctant to be friendly. Burgers still taste great though... Thank god

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have given this bk a few chances and each time we go it is consistently worst then the time before.
Drive thru is never open and the staff def don’t want to be working there.
Missing burgers, forgotten cups, attitude when serving us and other customers, we ended up waiting at the door (2 hours before close) for 10 min while they took turns looking at us.
There were 2 other customers in there waiting for their food too so obviously open.
Bk chickens on 2 occasions not cut either.
Disappointed but not surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute trash! Girl on counter wasnt interested at all.. wore her mask below her nose and when serving my partner took it off altogether. Place was disgusting dirty and the burger had way too much mayo and was pressed flatter than a panini and chips overcooked and stale...
Daughters drink (Raspberry) didnt have any flavour at all so the mix was well off

No coffee available.
Hershey's pie once something you would only buy once.
Staff were pleasant even if it took awhile to acknowledge you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're tired. You're in a rush. You haven't eaten. Grab yourself some comfort carbs and catch your breath. BK is a great feed when the kids are stressing you and you want some peace and quiet. This restaurant is very clean nd the staff are great... they definitely understand their customers' needs and stresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just been there paid $33. 80 and no lagre onion rings and 1 large fries missing that's $8 worth of food. I was first in the queue that was getting long but really. Then got home and found food missing tried calling and no one picks up and no email to contact anyone. Pretty disappointing
