The hosts Simon and Pip were wonderful. We also got to see the farm and learn more about the farm. Thanks for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a 360 deg stunning view, this is the place. It was a cold night but the furnace kept the room warm alright. The hosts were friendly and very hospitable. So pleased and will definitely come back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here during a severve storm ( about 4 inches of rain in 4 hours ) it was the most miserble place I have stayed in bad weather . Due to a combination of getting saturated every time going from the tent to the kitchen and the issue of , no paths between the tents and kitchen area meant we were walking / running through a 3 inch river that was coming down off the hill . There its a simple fix, to either put a path in ( which would not cost that much ) or raise the ground up about 4 inches with some extra topsoil . This will stop the low point where the water forms a small river in heavy rain.
Another thing that is kind of crazy . No coat hooks anywhere . When you get to the tents you have an option of trowing them on the deck or hanging them over their inside chairs . ( others had mentioned in the visitors book regards the lack of coat hooks , so the owners know there is a problem ) With three tents and a possible 6 -8 people staying its a must for a place like that .
Something I saw as a health hazard . The kitchen bench top is deteriorating badly around the hot tap from what looks like black mould around the tap and some around the sink . This has caused the hot tap to be loose ( as the nut under the bench top cant be done up I guess , this means you have to use two hands to turn the tap on and off . But I think the whole bench top needs replacing ) Its all very well having the fantastic view in good weather , but to sort out the basics .
