★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I woke up to a flat battery this morning. After an hours drive around after being jump started I decided to go straight to the Kaiwharawhara branch my husband had dealt with last year for his Land Rover. The voltage and health of my battery was tested, all was OK and the car restarted fine. The guy was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend them, Justine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and his team was unreliable and dishonest. Long story short: they did not fix our problem and after things had gone wrong because of their misdiagnosis, they did not want to admit their mistake and claimed that our old parts are not with them (they took it from my hand). They are a black hole of time, effort and money. We decided to cut out losses, not to pursue further with them and moved on with our lives. The next place that we went to fixed our problem at one go and with no hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to them with a parking sensor issue, after 6 weeks and $1300 later, problem not solved. Their final explanation was: the new module for parking sensor is too sensitive that's why it keeps beeping. Its fishy because they wouldn't give our old module back - we want to seek for second opinion. They've tried to tape our car plate to reduce the noise still didn't work. The director said to us, this is what happens with European car and technology, he could've told us before we paid him the money.
Not going back.
