★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop screen broke and I searched far and wide in Wellington to get it replaced. Without naming names multiple places were difficult, expensive, and inconvenient. However Tech Planet were amazing. I quickly dropped off my laptop in the middle of work and picked it up again an hour later in better condition than i’ve seen it in a while. On top of this they charged me the price they quoted me at the beginning even though the price ended up being $30 more. I could not recommend this place more and will 110% be coming back when my devices get cracked. A++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst screen replacement experience with TechPlanet. The prices are extremely and unreasonably high for a low quality product they are using. I have paid $250 dollars + GST for the original screen for my iPhone 8 Plus and the quality was hideous. Malfunctioning screen and low quality picture was just the beginning. One drop was enough to barely break the glass and ruin screen functioning drastically. The original glass can break but the screen functioning won't be damaged, another red flag. The staff has also mislead me about the "cheapest in town" prices of the repair, which again signaling about the unprofessionalism in this place. I strongly not recommend use their services, as the poor quality of their service doesn't worth the price. You will be able to easily find better places to fix your phone around the town for lower cost and better outcome. TechPlanet left me feeling disappointed and upset, it is the first time I cannot leave without leaving my extremely unsatisfied feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. Will not even give a star. Poor service, got my phone screen replaced. Glued like an amateur, said that my phone will be ready in 2 weeks. Send them a message. No reply. Called them, said my phone will be ready in 2days. 2 weeks later, I went to take my phone and they surcharged me more. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!! They are a BIG SCAM !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty unpleasant experience. Paid to have my laptop diagnosed with an issue. They failed to alert that it was a flex gate issue with the screen and just stated the amount to repair. I decided to not repair and when I went to pick up my laptop (after receiving a call ofc) it was not ready to pick up. Took 7 days to get a quote and no report received. Pretty poor
