My pet die due to wrong diagnostic and wrong treatment in early 2018, Dr Low didn't really listen what I concerned about my dog's behavior had changed, it was 1 of big mistake!
After few weeks my pet die, we wrote a report to vet council and during the investigation, they lied to the vet council!! ... 1 thing not acceptable was they took only 2 x-ray before surgery but they lied, they said they took 3 x-ray and 1 was missing, How come 1 Xray missing from just few weeks after my dog passed away !! They didn't took the 3 x-ray which was most important one even tho I have been charged the same price (3 x-ray prices). Since under new management, they are just care about how to make money , they don't really care about your pet and your concern.
Our family had been hurt a lot from lost our love from wrong diagnostic and treatment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a good experience with our cat went in for some dental work and I was kept up to date and given some further instructions for after the sedation wore off the vet even asked me to give her updates on my cat through out the rest of the night , great team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful team - my very, very special thanks goes to John, but I also want to thank the nurses who are also very patient & understanding. Over the years John has given me genuine time and sympathy and treated my pets as if they were his own. He goes the extra mile to help them and is always available for me, even with phone calls. His knowledge of animals is outstanding, and is not afraid to ask specialists for reassurance, although he was always right in the first place. Thank you John - from me, and my pet & human family. We have been through some happy and sad times together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were met at the car (Covid restrictions) to hand over our old cat who was not eating and had breathing problems. After a friendly, detailed conversation we waited while the examination took place. The nurse returned and explained the next steps very clearly. We were happy to leave him for two nights and were given regular updates. I was reassured that not only was he being treated but he was also being given love and affection. He is now on the mend with appropriate medication. The treatment and follow-up has been excellent.

I was sincerely appreciative .
Kept me informed of test results etc.
