They defraud customers by claiming old damage as new, then steal what they want from your bank account without first informing you of any damage! Absolute thieves who are stealing from its own customers! Shame on the owners of this establishment this is not how a business operates or treats its customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in. Went to have a shower the next morning, only to discover the shower tray had a crack in it, which was causing water to seep out from underneath the shower tray through the tiles. The floor of the shower was extrwmely spo gy to the point of probable water damage under the tray. The valance on the bed was torn (a hole about 6 inches long) & not replaced & the door handle into the unit was coming apart (someone could have easily broken in because not much was golding it in place). When we saw the front desk about it, they said they knew about the crack in the shower tray, but put us in the room anyway. Requested a new room at no extra charge, which they obliged. However, not once was the room cleaned the whole time we were there! We'd go out during the day when they were doing the cleaning of the other units, come back ....and the room hadn't been cleaned....we were there for 3 nights! Not good at all in my opinion.....
I certainly won't be going back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty room. Ants in jug and all over sink. The room smelt bad. Rust in microwave. Marks all over some walls. Bathroom was dirty. Cobwebs inside cupboards. Expensive for what you get!! WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room had been upgraded since last stay but shower floor still had a crack in floor . They seem to have long term tenants i expect due to covid to keep them afloat,which caused problems with loud party and sceaming ,was sorted out for night two. Friendly and helpful operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted. Furniture old, outdated and torn like it belongs in an antique shop!
Smoke smells lingers in the rooms. No bedding or duvet on bed or towels displayed. I had to go looking for them. Fridge door left wide open. Wall art sitting wonky on the walls. I actually can’t believe the standard or this motel. Bedding is stained, dirty walls and it looks like they had rushed cleaning the rooms. If I could I’d give this a zero rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks pretty online but not quite inside...talking about stained old carpet in our room...quite disappointed...like a third world country place though it was the cheapest offer around the area during search...suppose place needs an overall upgrade that was prob due during the covid 2 yrs ago? The electric kettle with that inside stain tells me that this place in my worst if not utmost honest critical feedback is...was probably not upgraded since it was set up??? Could have done better guys, need urgent carpet cleaning and or replacement...prob same with their small hot pool???!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was brilliant. Extremely calm & serene ambience, a street away from the beach. Loved the pool & the spa.Visited twice within two weeks, as thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. Both Vinnie & PK went the extra mile & were friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back?
