W	Wikitoria Pou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed her twice in the last few months. Rooms are cosey, warm and have everything you need. Have been very happy on both visits. The beds are amazing! The Breakfasts are delicious and worth the $25 p/p.

The room and the beds were very comfortable and the balcony overlooked the picturesque garden. The hotel backs onto native bush, so plenty of bird life around. Looking forward to returning to Paihia and certainly will be rebooking here.

Room was clean and big, food was spot on and pool was a hit for all, so close to the beach ⛱ and overall worth every cent! Big shout out to the manager Matthew, I appreciated your extra effort to have my room ready early, your help did not go unnoticed, thank you.

The hotel is family friendly and our children did not want to leave it was great. I would say our room did not have much space for kitchen amenities but they have a restaurant on site and takeaways stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely fantastic and well-timed food service for the entire duration of the workshop, and the rooms are comfortable and appointed well. The hotel staff are friendly, engaging and incredibly attentive. I'd definitely return for a leisure trip with the family when next in the Bay of Islands. Well done, Scenic!
D	DonW15 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for 1 night, with breakfast included. The staff were friendly, and welcoming, and the bed was great. The rooms were also clean and tidy when we entered. There was also free WiFi that didn't need you to be near reception! However, I do have a few problems. The shower head had missing rubber ends, so it had higher water pressure at the missing nozzles The place looked old, and I think needs some renovation of some sort. Final thing, the breakfast was alright, the taste was good, however the texture told that the food was precooked, and reheated. The bacon was also burnt. Overall, the stay was great, however had a few problems.

Rooms were so comfortable. The kids loved playing in the pool. Nikki I think her name was was extra accommodating and really went that extra mile. The good... omg it was so delicious. Every meal was nothing short of great ! There was a whole group of us with quite a few children and honestly they were super amazing.. very family friendly! Overall my 3 children and I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be visiting again.
G	G M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely 1 night stay. Our family had a combination of rooms, standard twin, superior twin and standard king. Our rooms were on ground floor at rear of hotel and opened up to the shared outdoor grass lawn which was lovely. Our rooms were all next to each other which made it easy to go from room to room via the grass area. Nice seats outside if you want to enjoy your coffee there and also seating inside the room. The superior queen room was near reception area and had a small balcony instead of outdoor grass area. Very nice and comfy beds, pillows, toiletries...only problem were ants on ceiling but didnt affect us.
