★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super helpful and coped with our late check in like absolute champs. The motel is clean, quiet, has ample parking, and is close walking distance to restaurants and the Napier cbd. It's literally right across from the beach and the amazing collection of kid's parks that Napier has on the beach. The beach cycle path is part of the superb network of Hawkes Bay cycle paths, which makes the motel an excellent base to explore Napier and the surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken window handle so couldn't shut it all the way, cupboard handle falling off, so-so cleanliness.
No fault of the motel, but room next door partied half the night and kept us up.
But ok for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice motel. Clean and tidy ,reasonable price. Their decision around vaccinated only is not needed rules out a lot of staying guests. Including family’s with unvaxxed kids and teenagers. Would of been nice for them to publicise this on their website so I could of avoided the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an enjoyable stay at Shoreline Motel. The 1 bedroom unit was a good size for a family of 4. The location is amazing. Right across the road from the bike park, waterfront, aquarium, playground etc.
Would reccomend and would happily stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced at any time. Reception advised me that this was because of the level 3 covid setting, but the two other hotels we stayed at were able to service our room. The tables and benches were sticky and dirty, and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. The TV reception was very poor for two of the nights we stayed there. We will not be staying here again.

Spa in the rooms. Ocean views in a lot of rooms. Nice little balcony.
Sky movies wasn't working pn my stay, but sky sport was.
Got help when I asked for anything.
Very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was immaculately clean. It had everything we could need. The spa bath was comfortable. The bed cozy. We heard the sound of the ocean all night snd in the morning we had breakfast on our lovely balcony.
A very relaxing stay.
