But why. Why on Earth are the doors not labled with push and pull. Coming in the rear entrance I had to try all four doors to see which were locked or open and which direction they opened. And when there are handles both side there is not even a clue
The jukebox soda machines look like a good idea. But they suck. Everything that comes out starts to taste the same. I will tend to dine at a restaurant without if there is an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazed by the new design, and also the touch screen drink dispenser is a ? awesome idea! Very clean, cozy and many space..
we always like coming to burger king for quick bite, and we love the crisscross fries..hope you will provide other options for kiddie meal other than the “king box”, technically its not a king ☹️ it is just filled with many chips. Regardless of we always enjoy eating with BK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather eat my shoe than order from this place again. Ordered through Uber eats and the chips that arrived were cold and soggy. The chocolate milkshake is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. The burger was worse than 'slopped together' and the patty inside was so dry and old that it was impossible to eat. All in all the most disgusting meal I've ever ordered through Uber eats . Unless you are desperately hungry do NOT eat from this store

To start off the service was extremely slow,I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for over 2mins even though it was quiet/empty.
My meal tasted horribly bland and very flavorless,plus my chips were ice cold and the parking here is rubbish,unless you park prior to auckanf peak hours.
The best part about this BK is the free refills when dining in & the XL Rodeo burgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate there today with my partner. We used the coupon that comes with your receipt and we got a free whopper, buying regulars fries and drink. The guy who took our order was very nice and polite but he didn't know how to use the coupon. For that reason he went inside to ask for help. After a minute, his supervisor (I'm guessing), in a quite nasty way told him "just read the instructions" and gave him one of the coupons. She took the order for us but she didn't even try to teach him how to do it for next time. After us was just a father with a little girl waiting, the place wasn't busy and for sure she could have taken 3 minutes to teach the poor guy how to do the process and use her position to improve the quality of service for the future. But she didn't.
Also, the drinks machine wasn't working.
Food quality is technically same everywhere...
