β β β β β Saturday 5th September roughly @ 6:35pm The lady at the retail counter handed over my prescription just told me these are eye drops and put it in the bag. But didnβt explain to me it had to go in the fridge once opened. But has ALL the time in the world to stand there ignore incoming customers and just speak her own language with a man that was waiting for his prescription, which had nothing to do with his prescription by the way, from all the laughing they were doing. The young lady the night before was already at the door welcoming customers in and taking the prescription forms at the entrance. Other pharmacies out there inform customers about every medication thatβs inside bag and how to store it. She failed!

β β β β β I've been receiving texts that scripts are about to expire, and do I want to collect my meds. At first I thought that was good, but not anymore.
Why not just give me everything at once- like my other pharmacy does- especially as I'd been in a few days prior? I work full time, rostered shifts so can't keep coming in! Two to three days ago when I picked up meds, Bo, your pharmacist announced 3x times to the whole pharmacy that I was picking up very intimate medication, with other customers looking on! Not once, not twice, but 3 times! I was just dying inside a little more each time! That has to have been purposefully done! That's disgraceful! So unimpressed! After collecting all my repeats I'll be going back to my regular pharmacy.

β β β β β Worst pharmacy ever. My partner went there to bring my medicine, he submitted the prescription and they asked him to wait outside. They was too rude and told him after half an hour waiting, why you are waiting here he gave them my name and told them he already gave the prescription but they said they didn't know what he was talking about and rudely asked him to write down the name and information and wait. Very very bad pharmacy managed by bad people. Don't visit them

As this pharmacy is right next-door to an A&E clinic it can be really busy on weekends , but as regulars we just phone ahead if in doubt about possible waiting times. . No problems

β β β β β Was told i would be called for my repeated prescription in couple of days..Waited for a week but no call. I called after a week and was put on hold for almost 10mnts just to have the person come back and tell me they couldnt find my medications and that they were going to call me back soon..never got a call back!
I called the next day, again was put on hold for too long. Had to hang up. Total waste of time.
