★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Grafton Medical Centre for the past 10 months now. It is close to work and just so convenient for me. The staff are compassionate and very welcoming. I have seen Dr. Lung Choi since joining the practice and have found him to be very thorough and made me feel comfortable from the start. He is very attentive, calm, decisive, friendly, gracious, investigative, knowledgeable and just makes you feel relaxed no matter how unwell you're feeling. He even goes the extra mile by following up and reporting results after hours. Thank you to a great team and efficient service. Best wishes with the Practice.

He really embodies the level of attention to detail that you hope to expect from someone in General Practice, and he goes out of his way to ensure the needs of his patients are met. Someone whom you feel you can easily trust to talk about any of your concerns. Dr Lung and his whole team are a well-oiled machine and I feel blessed to have found them. Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a patient for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. We relocated from the South Island and we were very lucky to find Dr. Lung. He’s the most professional and caring doctor I’ve personally dealt with in NZ. He’s very open minded, always makes you feel comfortable and he’s always willing to help. For me the main thing is that he refers you to get further studies done when needed and he doesn’t rush a diagnosis, he investigates, he listens and for me that’s very very important when it comes to a GP. The entire team is lovely, Juniper is so professional and welcoming, Karyn is lovely and she’s knows what’s she’s doing. The communication is great. They have ManageMyHealth app where you can see your test results, referrals, prescriptions, appointments, etc. The location is great, there’s always parking. We are extremely grateful and happy with the entire team and the services they provide :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to Grafton Medical once before as it is local to my work and I required an injection urgently. Great service, they are helpful and transparent.
I have just contacted them again, as the clinic I am enrolled with (Stanmore Bay Medical) has not been helpful or transparent. And once again they have been great!! Helpful and accommodating.
Highly recommend. Patients health comes first at this clinic rather than your $$

Thanks for helping our family with our medical needs, immunisations, vaccinations etc. We found this to be a top medical centre - staff were super helpful whilst we attended Grafton Medical Centre, and also in helping us transfer our medical records and get sorted out when we relocated overseas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best GP I have ever been to, all of the nurses and reception staff are so personable and friendly. Dr. Lung Choi always went above and beyond for me, with things like getting me to the best specialist, provided regular updates and all staff had very thorough communication through their health portal. I would recommend them to everyone.
To Grafton Medical, thank you for your great service over the years! I miss you already :)

You can feel that he is always work extra mile for the patient and really care about your health. I definitely love the service and staff. I won’t change my GP even I have moved to north shore and definitely recommend it!
