★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hidden within Mitre 10. Great kind service. I would recommend for family with kids as there is playground in front of shop and boxes with toys inside coffee shop. They have breakfast and lunch menu with good amount of choices. Our meals tasted great. Definitely recommend and come again even if you don't go shopping for Mitre 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous Columbus Café in Mitre 10 was great. At the new one, a counter person was abrupt, rude, and even snatched the loyalty card from my hand! Being spoken to as if I were a naughty three year old was so unpleasant that I left without eating the food that had been paid for. The coffee machine operator didn’t know how to do refunds (yeah right). Having patronised Columbus from its instigation, I will now no longer do so. (Had an apology been offered I would have accepted that).

The cafe has lots of space, clean, and the staff were great as well. Lindie was friendly, approachable and made the whole experience enjoyable.
A place I would happily return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look at the kitchen displays at Bunning's and decided to have lunch at the Columbus Coffee.
Ordered the sweetcorn pancakes and a flat white with my friend.
We were both pleased with our coffee and meal.

Parking easy as it’s in the Mitre 10.
Chicken Filo full of chicken, not just a few bits.
Plenty of seating.
