Sylvia Park Store Manager - refuse to match the prices. Firstly, Noel Leeming keep prices of products very high. I found one breville coffee machine which was $1099 at Noel leeming and same coffee machine was priced $744 at harway Norman. I asked manager to match the price he refused to do so and talking about some company polices. They are incapable to compete with there competitors.

Even 1 star is too much. Around Christmas I purchased freestanding cooker unfortunately with manufacture fault. 4 service people came to fix it with no luck. I still don't have any update or refund. Now is 7/3/22. Called NL many times. They don't care how important is for one family like us to have an oven. We are niw having restricted kooking process. I use to use the oven a lot. Now we are eating fried food or boiled, stews.... I'm thinking to contact Fair Go because I just don't know what to do.

Sharing my experience as I hope this will improve their sales tactics as it's happened a few times to me now. I purchased a soundbar this month and customer service was actually great. I was advised the system I was after would be compatible with my TV (which it is). I asked if I could secure for a few days until pay day which they allowed, however as always they asked if I wanted to add a 3 year warranty which I clearly declined, however, the guy said he would add and said I can take it off when I paid a few days later. A few days later I returned and collected my soundbar at asked the counter staff to take off the warranty as I never wanted it. I had to pay the full price first and was told I would get my refund back via my eftpos card a few days later. However, because the guy a few days before added it without my consent the process of getting the refund a few days later was long and unecessary. It took a good 5 minutes to find the manager and another 5 minutes working out how to refund me. Most people would give up because a 5 minute pay and leave trip took 15-20 minutes. All because they didn't listen to me the first time. I'm now put off from shopping there because of the pressure to buy warranties I don't want AND when I say no they add it anyway. FFS can you just listen to me?! This isn't the first time this has happened-the only difference is I didn't fold this time. Service and product itself was still good though hence why you’re not getting a 1 rating.

Massive shout out to Nicholas who is the manager I believe for his amazing service in my hunt for a charger for my laptop that was extremely hard to find at other stores and online. Thank you so much for going out of your way to assist me. Truly appreciate it as I am now able to use it for Uni and other purposes. I also enjoyed waiting and seeing the engagement that the staff had with each other. It is easy to see that everyone enjoys working there and working together. Mālō aupito Nicholas and your team. Stop by the shop so I can return the favour ?

My husband phone got damaged by drop of water I went yesterday on of the lady she told me according to the protection plan you don’t need to pay but transfer all the data to laptop and I came again today to recover the phone but one of the lady sorry I won’t mention her name, she told me you need to pay for the access fee, she was so rude she was taking in her own language with her colleagues, need to understand some people can understand in her language which I understood. I am a customer, I have authority to know about my all the details of the phone, it’s not a free gadget we are paying for it. Thank god Matthew one of the staff help me a lot thanks.

Excellent store, I had the best experience purchasing a TV and soundbar. The customer service representative, I believe her name was Sonya was a pleasure to deal with. Noel Leeming should be proud to have such dedicated and highly qualified staff.

I have been shopping with NL from past 15 years and buy expensive items cash for my home . I never had bad experience from the store the staffs are so friendly. Except SONYA such a rude immaturity threatening body language. This staff should be sent to get her customer service skills and get well trained to serve a customer. I went to return a headphone and SONYA on service counter being so rude and kicked off her cupboard door. I know the rights and I know the policies and procedures. She should know that she gets her pay from her customers.

I had Sid help me out. He was really helpful providing recommendations, answering all my questions and quick to check stock for a number of items. He also made time to come over to me at least 5 different times while I tried to make my mind up over which monitor I wanted. I walked out a happy customer, new monitor in tow. I’m sure other workers there are just as helpful but I’ll be making a point to seek him out in any future visits. Thank you!!
