Staff a rude and donโt acknowledge you when you walk in or even when youโve been in the shop for 15minutes. They donโt want to help look for sizes or be of any help. They preferred to sit on their phones behind the counter.

โ โ โ โ โ Really disappointed with Connors Manukau. Not sure I would have been treated so poorly in Australia shop. Bought these jeans four weeks ago. Worn twice. Washed twice. Whole knee just disintegrated. Was told itโs just wear and tear!! Really. You could eat your dinner through that hole!! Customer care 0. Customer Service 0. And thatโs out of 10. Even when I said surely under the Consumers Guarantee Act they should be replaced. Nope. Not interested.
Come on Connors. For the sake of $39 bucks youโd rather loose a customer and get poor reviews. I went to another clothing shop not to name anyone and they were appalled to say the least.
Time to step up Connors.
