On time very professional n very friendly. Unique 11 excellent service n reasonable rate. Excellent driver let's you know which route he's taking to get you there on time. ??

Not sure what has happened to this firm - used to be reliable and professional. Phoned in to order a taxi, pleasant operator took booking. 1st driver phones me on his mobile to say he arrived and left and went back to city. Then texts me asking if I need a taxi.?!. Then main office phone and ask if I need a taxi. Then a 2nd taxi driver from same form texts me and asks if I need a taxi. Then first taxi driver calls me and says 3 taxis are on their way and would I mind calling the office and cancelling the booking so that he can arrive first. What the ?!!@@&!!! Cancelled it all. Went with Cororate Cabs. Great service, professional , well dressed knowledgable driver. Well worth the $$$

The first time I pre-ordered a Co-op Taxi I had to wait 45 minutes for them to arrive. It looks like today, the last time I order a Co-op Taxi, we've finished on the same note. After months of pre-ordering taxis for a specific time and them not arriving at that time (once one just didn't arrive at all), today a taxi arrived for me at 7:03. I was at his car at 7:05. He said I had taken too long and he'd recalled the job. Considering he knew this was an ACC job, I think 2 minutes was a pretty good time for me to get out of my 2 storied house with a broken leg. Bad service and sad to finish in this note when the majority of drivers have excellent manners and go out of their way for you.

Booked a cab online well in advance for a 5.45pm pick up, no show by 6.00pm so phoned. "Sorry sir we don't have a cab available for you yet". I politely told them my thoughts and to flag it and made other arrangements to get to where we were going. 6.30pm got a call from a cab driver waiting outside home to pick me up!! Zero service, zero customer communication and 1 star as I could not post this with no star.

Our son had an accident at home, so we called Co-Operative Taxi to take us to A&E. We were told that the taxi would be 10 minutes and to call back if it hadn't arrived; 10 minutes past so my wife called again. Sorry will be another 10 minutes again and would we be happy to wait, so we wait another 10 minutes. We then call for a third time only to be told they don't have any taxis available in the area!!! My wife then had to get the bus with our son who was injured and our new born baby after wasting half an hour waiting for co operative taxi. If they didn't have a taxi that is fine and we could have made other arrangements, but to be told twice it will be here in 10 minutes is just lying! Awful service and will never use this company again. Be wary of using this company!!!

Before today, I would have given these guys four stars (minus one for how expensive they are). They are quick to respond and polite. I've used their service dozens of times and never encountered a problem as the drivers were great. Today however, I waited a little bit longer for a cab which is okay as they might be busy. After about 30 minutes the cab comes up the driveway and am told I'm not allowed to enter his cab. The reason? My jacket apparently had too many pet hairs. It's the same black jacket I've worn before and if I could post a picture of it here you would see how absolutely insane this sounds. After calling to complain, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and realized that my complaint and this drivers service are equally meaningless. There are other better and cheaper cab services in NZ to use where you're not instantly rejected the second you open the door. What makes this even more incredible is that I don't have pets.

Would have been good if they actually showed up at the booked time, instead of calling 45 minutes later asking where we were. (We were at our destination after deciding they werent coming after 20 minutes with no phone call from dispatcher or any the driver to say they were going to be late) We don’t ask for much, just a taxi that shows up at the agreed time at the agreed place.

Today, 12 of August of 2018 at 3pm I was driving through northern motorway, north east from the CBD when the Taxi with plates "GDK604" from COOPTAXI almost crash my car when he was trying to change lanes. He didn't care about it and kept driving after that. He didn't stop, he didn't wave, he didn't do anything. You need to be more strict of who you are hiring, I could be seriously harmed. UPDATE: They call me today, they apologies and said that they will speak with the driver. So, 1 extra star for the staff in there.
