★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit to have a moisturiser lotion prescribed by Gp for mu daughter. I was been told it will take 15 mins and now its more than half an hour and I am still waiting here. Surely not a good service. Never coming back to countdown pharmacy Rolleston.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It sure saddens me when all you after is to pay for your items and you get ignored.
I approached the lady behind the counter and asked if i could pay in the front checkouts or do i have to pay here ?
The lady responded the items would have to be payed at the pharmacy counter (here) and disappeared.
I had waited for 15 min or so waiting to pay for my two items as she served all the people that arived after me and as there was only two people there including me before others had arrived.
I then returned the items to the shelf and went down the road.
Sadly its hard to find good service now days.

She did a great job and was very friendly to my 7 year old. We are very happy with her service and highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Lisa.
