★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta say this place has gone down hill. Terrible unfriendly service, dirty tables, uncleared plates everywhere, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, the list goes on but it's the dreadful service that makes me say I won't be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great staff who make the cafe feel welcoming. Not the best coffee but it's still ok, not the best food just your general coffee culture stuff. But it has a good atmosphere and like I said the staff are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffee, friendly staff and plenty of seating. Pricing is not bad either and this is a popular spot so be aware if its a rainy day, you might not get a seat. There is a Coffee Culture loyalty program you can join and there is free Wi-Fi available as well. If you are thinking of sitting outside, there are a number of tables available, or you can take away if in a hurry. Been more than once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make amazing coffee! The flat white I got is probably the best I've ever tried. It is full of aroma and flavor. Not bitter at all even if I order a tripple shots. Good Job! It is a shame that I don't live in Rolleston. Otherwise, I will be a regular customer here.

Food servers with long hair should have their hair up in a tidy manner, not draping in customers food and drink while leaning over to wipe a cup after a small spill upon delivery. The food was rather average as the filo parcels were barely warm and the coffee wasn't much better, like it had been sitting waiting for the food to come out. This should be our local, but given how today went we'll be looking elsewhere.
