★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really cute and cosy little café tucked away within the well-stocked tackle shop. We had coffee to go and it was excellent! The cabinet food looked really yummy, too. We will definitely pop in again next time we're in Tūrangi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a yummy breakfast at the Creel Tackle House caffe, highly recommended this place. Had inlaws staying in the motels and had dinner with them last night, what a lovely tranquil setting. Nice big family suit as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gingerbread was amazing but the sausage roll was only ok and at $12 seemed over priced. We got a flat white and an oat milk flat white, both of which were terrible. We each had one sip and then had to just leave the rest, it was undrinkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! Very helpful, I've been here numerous times , their fast friendly service just keeps me coming back .this little shop has a surprising amount of gear in it. They have a food area too, which always seems to be very popular, I haven't tried it , but judging by the amount of people that are always there , it's got to be good. Check it out if you're passing by.

It sits in a fantastic spot surrounded by river, walking and cycling tracks.
