However didnt run a metre and for the privelage of driving from
viaduct to Milford (15 min journey) charged $60 which is approx $36 more than an Uber.
be weary of taxis not running their metres. Suspect they do this for the very reason to have a go at charging premium prices. stick ro Uber or Co-op taxis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should have been a 7-8 minute journey, but despite us suggesting the fastest route, the driver took us through busy Queen Street. The journey took 25 minutes (which is the time it would've taken to walk), and cost us $35 (4x more than an uber). This was at best incompetent / poor road knowledge, and at worst outright dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service!! The driver drop a few of us at home and a remaining passenger said he would pay the bill. One hour later the driver turned up at 3am on our property and smashed on our door for 10 minutes yelling and screaming. I went out to address the driver and he informed me the last passenger had done a runner. He threatened to smash my head in if I did not pay. I paid the money ($180.00) as I'm a young lady and was scared for my life. I ran inside and locked the doors.
Today I rung crown caps to discuss this and they did not care and told me it wasnt there probably. The vechile was sign written with there brand.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The driver would not let us get out of the taxi as we had asked multiple times.
