★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to talk to Peter and the team about e-bikes as I have a Trek belt drive at the moment. I was very impressed with the complete product range and his helpful advice was fantastic. I can see why people are fans of the Cycle World Team... while I was there I got to watch the customer service for all these other customers and was really impressed... the team here are well worth checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome, Over on holidays from the mainland (Aus) frame broke on my Fuse. With plans to ride the Ghost rode 4 days laters. Brendan got a new frame and did the swap over in two days with no notice!!!! what a guy! I may be crazy, but the new frame is riding better, shifting cleaner, Great install, great service, thanks guys!!!

Not pushy when I was 'just browsing' they knew what they were talking about, they obviously knew their stuff. They did not bad mouth any other brands or shops to get my business. Took the time to get the right bike for me. The best part was when I had some trouble with the bike after a month and their after sales service was excellent! They tuned my bike, replaced parts and even cleaned it! Great work guys, thoroughly recommended to all! Cheers, Brad. Levo XL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor buying experience (I've bought 15 or so bikes over the years). Absolutely no advantage so far over just buying a bike online at a discounted price. Very little enthusiasm or customer focus by staff. Bike was built up but no bike fit offered. I had to prompt to get details of warranty and first service. No set up of shock sag to suit me or explanation. Kindly threw in a bottle cage when asked... but a bottle doesn't fit. Sales staff definitely letting the side down.
