β β β β β Terrible post purchase service and Possibly the worst service department out.
Got my KTM through them and serviced through them too. It was handed back with a horrendous rattle louder than the exhaust. They then told me "it was standard with these bikes" after an argument they eventually fixed it.
A few days later to my joy I also found they hadn't replugged the brake lights back in after service.

β β β β β Cyclespot Euro clearly couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Even when spending over $12,000 on a brand new bike, they're absolutely incompetent.
The young parts guy is absolutely clueless, he has no idea what he's talking about (even got my gearing changed wrong!) ... it's frightening!
Terrible customer service, pre and post purchase, I wish I had my bike shipped from somewhere else in the country. stay away!
