★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get a document printed from my email. Was advised afterwards cause the email contained a company image or photo like the staff member said that they simply couldn't print it! The staff member tried telling me it would use all the ink than was told it's a lazer printer. What an excuse! Than on top of it your charge is one dollar per B&W page. Very Mickey mouse. Wont be back that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old system for self-service printouts. Spent 15-20min to get my phone connected, edit pic and print. The guy in store helped with that. Was told to come after 30min, paid money and also gave phone no etc. i spent another 30mins roaming around in mall.
Finally came back and they told me the photo didn’t print for some reason! Sure tech problems happen- but they could have called me and tell me that earlier and not made me wait. They guy let the girl in store do the talking and went inside without saying a word.
Got money back- but just wasted around an hour. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my baby's infant and 7 yr old sons passport photos taken today. Came out in 10 minutes. They have a private little booth for it which put me and my son at ease. Got it printed and emailed in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience with a toddlers passport photo.
Originally asked for a UK passport photo (which is has different height/width requirements to NZ - we didnt know this before hand). The image was blurry in some parts but overall it seemed ok.
However when asking to get the same image resized for NZ (after trying to check it on the NZ Passport photo checker) we were told it would cost another $25 for that to be done.
It takes less than 30 seconds to make this small change but treated as a whole new photo.
Staff were not overly helpful in this matter.
