★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient at this Practice since it opened. Staff have always made efforts to understand, appreciate and identify with my needs. The doctors have always, always put me first, as they should. I find the fees charged compatible with other practices in the area. Appointments by arrangement is standard practice these days. I have never , except on one occasion had to wait longer than 20 minutes pst my appointment time. I am very comfortable with the care I receive at this practice. Confidentiality has never evr been an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The few times I went there is pretty busy . Also it will be very helpful to have their email address in the website cause it made easy have contact with them rather than call all the time...does anybody have the reception or nurse email?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went to a GP, I went to east coast bay doctors. Doctor Huang gave me some antibiotic pills for a small lump in my skin, which caused my stomach bloating, I burped a lot after that. Later I went there and told them about it, but the doctor said it was a common side effect. I started feeling my stomach was not as well as before. Now, after about two years, I feel intense stomach pain and went to a new clinic, the new family doctor told me it's because the antibiotic pills doctor Huang gave to me ruined my gastric mucosa, which should protect my stomach from being hurt by stimulative foods. I start taking some medicine to resume a healthy gastric mucosa, but the process seems slow and the stomach pain tortures me everyday. Now my stomach is so painful that I can not get asleep. So my suggestion is not going to this clinic, or your health will be ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly inpatient receptionist. I haven't even seen the doctors but have decided not to enroll after talking to the receptionist. What a bad representation for the professionalism of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend is a patient here and after recent experiences he will be changing doctors asap. I witnessed his doctor being very rude and abrupt when he was trying to explain his pains and feelings during a consultation. I was shocked at the way she talked to him. She did not create an open and welcoming environment, he did not feel comfortable expressing his issues with the way she would cut him off and unvalidate his pains; as well as other health professionals opinions that he mentioned. Initially she also acted as if he was faking the severity of his injury and didn't really need time off work or decent pain medication. Very dissatisfied with the quality of care and treatment here. We would leave a complaint with them directly but there isn't an option on their website or drop box in the clinic I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am VERY disappointed, the doctor INSISTED the prescription paper is sent to the pharmacy next door EVEN after I mentioned to please send to my regular pharmacy, come the day I need to pick up the urgent medicines and the pharmacy is closed!! Now I am screwed with no supply of medicines for my father for the weekend and no doctor is open! I HAD to go to shorecare and pay extra $$$ just to get sorted! PLEASE for the sake of your patients!!! don't do this practice just so you can gain an extra dollar from your pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are with Dr. Wong for around 2 decades and since received services and care same as 20 years ago, we are still visiting the same door. Doctors there are giving warm feeling and their compassion, humanity, empathy are the help to heal our sickness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Monique has been my GP for 12 years. She is very caring, understanding and patient. I have an illness that requires a lot of monitoring and she always asks about how it's going and if I need any of my regular prescriptions.
The wait times can be a bit long sometimes but the level of care is more important for me.
