★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EB Games you should be ashamed of yourself. Recently a transaction for $54.64 appeared on my credit card. I contacted my credit card provider to say this was a fraudulent transaction who said I needed to call EB Games directly. I called on 20 Nov and was told to email in the copy of my statement which I did, I was supposed to hear back in a week. No response, so I called again on 4 Dec, spoke to Jacinta, resent the email I had sent previously, again told I would hear by the end of the week. Still no response so I rang again on 9 Dec and spoke to Alice to told me that someone had used my card in the Wellington store. That was physically impossible as my credit card was in my wallet and I was overseas at the time They had the name and address of this person but couldn't tell me who they were for privacy reasons. I rang my credit card company who asked me to get EB Games position in writing, so I called again and spoke to Nathan so told me the same thing as Alice and was going to send me an email that I am yet to receive. So far I spent about 3 hours on the phone. Its appalling that they are more interested in protecting the rights of the fraudster and don't give a damn about my rights. The only way they will do anything further is for me to get the police involved. Like they will be interested. Well EB Games rest assured you will no longer be getting any business from me and I will do my best to tell everyone I know about my poor experience with you. Maybe after reading this you might do me the courtesy of finally replying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with lots of variety in different games for all the big current consoles. Prices aren't the best but they always seem to have new games in stock and staff are very helpful and friendly. Great store to go to for gaming and always a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an advent collector of memorabilia from film and music and I also am a pop vinyl collector. The majority of these pop vinyls are from EB Games some of them are from mighty ape but I love going into EB Games and choosing out the pop vinyls. as chartwell as a smaller store unfortunately they do lack in a lot of stock of the really good quality ones they have a lot more limited just like Star wars in Marvel Avengers stuff where is te Rapa has heaps of different collectables collectors itemsso te Rapa is more of the biggest shop and chartwell is smaller what I would recommend for anyone who is collecting is to go on the EB Games website and just check to see what stores have which pop vinyl which zing collector item in-stock but both stores still have fantastic service and they are super nice people they come from a place where you can relate to them because they love gaming and they love pop cultureI highly recommend this company in general because I have actually dealt with them for 20 + years
