★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cabinet food here looks delicious and i loved the big steak, bacon and mushroom pie i had in a ramekin. The pie was part of a deal that included a sticky date pudding with it. However my eyes were bigger than my stomach and the pie and chips i ordered with it were plenty so i passed on the pudding this time so i could waddle back to my motel without too much discomfort. The staff were lovely and friendly also, I'll happily return next time I'm in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place to grab a bite and drink, reasonably priced. Have amazing hot chips but unfortunately my son's hot dogs were just undercooked, this wasn't a big deal to us as he wasn't that interested in them anyway but after a 20 minute wait you'd hope for cooked food. The cream on the Lamingtons could do with some flavour too. Busy little spot, with a variety of selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its located in the Palmerston North city mall so really central. Good selection of different foods in cabinets and beverages. Both cheese and date scones were delicious. Unfortunately the iced coffees were really disappointing. Very watery with little coffee flavour. Also staff need to be trained not to carry iced coffees against their chests to take them to table. Better to use a tray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the biggest Cafe in the Plaza. The cabinet food has good choices with reasonable price. We ordered the macoroni and chicken strudel, they are both very yummy.
Sorry to say that the two Smoothes were pretty disappointed.

Everyone greeted with a smile, especially the young ladies.
Good stock of everything cold and hot. Great prices for in the mall. Recommend to anyone local or non ??
