★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended to by a fantastic sales rep called Mark over at Riccarton. Very knowledgeable and introduced me to things I can think about for the console I bought. He wasn't pushy and simply offered things which were necessary to protect the console. Great time at EB games and would go back just to get his insight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has really changed over the past 2-3 years, service isn't so personal anymore. The manager who served me today didn't even make eye contact with me, whereas previously staff would chat with you about your purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did their best. This is a small location with as much to offer as they can. You can definitely feel the GameStop overlords at work here. The employees are always great, offering all help they can. However, there seems to always be the pressure from above.

I don't know how the aus stores can have competitive prices while nz prices are completely oblivious to the rest of the market.
